Rosemary Chicken With Red Wine Peach Sauce

This recipe is my favorite pretentious dish to make when I want to impress people. It just TASTES like we're better than you!

4 Spineless, skinless chicken Boobs
1/4 Red wine for recipe (remaining bottle for you!)
1 Can of peaches
1 tsp. finely chopped fresh or dried rosemary
1/4 tsp. of salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
A whole lot of arrogance

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 13X9 baking dish with cooking spray
Place chicken in prepared dish
In a microwaveable safe bowl combine wine and peaches. Microwave on high for 1 minute or until wine boils. You don't want those little ones getting drunk in front of the neighbors.
Pour over chicken and and sprinkle with rosemary, salt, and pepper. Bake for 30 min or until meat thermometer says 160 degrees and juices run clear.

Serve with a spinach salad and some hippie rice dish and you're sure to please! Try not to pass out or puke until the meal is finished. Enjoy!
